The car was involved in a crash several years ago and the resulting replacement of the front clip can be seen under the hood and wheel wells.
As he has aged, he recently decided that taking this car out in anger at LimeRock, Thompson, Watkins Glenn, etc was better off left to a slightly younger crowd and he was going to make it streetable.
After adding lights and blinkers, he has decided it'll be better off simply being sold off to a new driver who wants to get into SCCA racing with an inexpensive buy in or someone who can use the parts on their own race car.
She runs and drive great and is ready to hit the track and now, even the street if someone wishes to continue that route.
